424.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating Section 424.02 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Failure to pay the original fine within fourteen days of the issuance of the Notice of Determination of Liability or Findings, Decision and Order shall result in an additional one hundred dollar ($100.00) late payment fine.
