Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. In addition to any fine, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute grounds for the revocation of any license, permit or business certificate issued by the Village to the person found to be in violation of this chapter.
