289.11 NOTICE.

Within fifteen (15) calendar days after a charge has been received by the Manager, the Manager shall serve or cause to be served, in person, or by certified mail, a copy of said complaint on the person alleged to be in violation of this chapter, hereinafter referred to as respondent.
