288.02 MEMBERSHIP; ORGANIZATION.

   In creating an ad hoc committee, Council shall determine the following in relation to the committee:

   (a)   The membership;

   (b)   The number of voting members;

   (c)   The Chairperson(s) and Vice-Chairperson(s); and

   (d)   The staff representative(s) who shall assist the committee.
