(a) The Board shall be appointed and elected as provided by ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, Section 3-128.
(b) All monies and securities belonging to the Police Pension Fund shall be held by the Village Treasurer subject to the order of the Board.
(c) An annual list of beneficiaries and report of funds shall be made by the Board as required by law.
(d) Members of the Board shall serve without compensation.
