287.02 POWERS AND DUTIES OF POLICE PENSION FUND BOARD MEMBERS.

The rights, powers, duties and functions of the Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund (the "Board") and the members thereof, and the rights and benefits of the various beneficiaries of the Police Pension Fund shall be and are hereby declared to be as provided by law and, particularly, in accordance with the Act, and all amendments thereto.
