Pursuant to the referendum approved at the November 5, 2002 election, there is hereby created and established a Police Pension Fund in and for the Village, in accordance with ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, Section 3-101 et seq. (the "Act") for the benefit of all full-time police officers entitled to participate in said Police Pension Fund pursuant to the Act.
