280.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements, to be composed of the Mayor, the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements and the Commissioner of Public Property and Building. The Mayor shall be the presiding officer of the Board.
