278.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established a Library Board of Trustees. Such Board shall have the powers, duties and obligations required by Chapter 75 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes. A report shall be submitted each month to Council by the Board outlining any current activity.
