There is hereby established a Beautification Committee. The Committee shall consist of nine members appointed by Council. Three members shall be appointed for an initial term of one year, three members shall be appointed for an initial term of two years and three members shall be appointed for an initial term of three years, with members thereafter each serving for a term of three years, beginning on June 1 of the year of appointment. Council shall annually appoint one of the members of the Committee to serve as the Chairperson.
