(a) The medical plan submitted on behalf of HUMANA, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 1992-49, passed October 12, 1992, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted and authorized as the employee hospitalization plan of the Village.
(b) The Mayor is authorized to sign and the Village Clerk to attest to the contract and plan for hospitalization insurance incorporated herein.
(c) The contract for such plan shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication in pamphlet form as authorized by law.
(d) All agreements relative to this plan made prior hereto are hereby ratified and authorized.
