240.03 ASSESSMENT RELIEF FOR SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES IN NATIONAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS OR MUNICIPAL LANDMARK AREAS.

The Village hereby exercises its right not to participate in the assessment relief provided under Chapter 120, Section 525.1 (Single-family residence in National Historic District or Municipal Landmark Area - Repealer), of the Illinois Revised Statutes.
