The Village Manager shall render to the directors of each department of the Village all such assistance as is possible to facilitate the performance of said directors' duties, and all department directors and employees of the Village shall furnish and disclose to the Village Manager all such information, documentation and materials, relating to the affairs of the Village, as the Village Manager shall request.
