237.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; APPOINTMENT.

There is hereby established the position of Village Collector. The Village Collector shall be appointed by Council and shall perform his or her duties under the supervision of the Commissioner of Accounts and Finances and the Mayor.
