(a) The Mayor shall make appointments of temporary Municipal officers, in relation to which the Mayor has the statutory power of appointment, for terms no longer than sixty days from the date of appointment. The Mayor shall not make a temporary appointment of the same person to the same office more than twice in one fiscal year.
(b) The Mayor shall make appointments of temporary committee and commission members, relative to committees and commissions created by these Codified Ordinances as opposed to State statute, for terms no longer than sixty days from the date of appointment. The Mayor shall not make a temporary appointment of the same person to the same committee or commission more than twice in one fiscal year.
