230.02 AUTHORITY RE VILLAGE AFFAIRS AND ORDINANCES.

(a) The Mayor shall be generally charged with and responsible for the proper conduct of the affairs of the Village and the enforcement of all Village ordinances, as chief executive officer.

(b) The Mayor shall cause to be prepared and published all ordinances that are required by law to be published.
