222.01 STYLE; VOTING; SIGNATURES; RECORDS.
   The style of all ordinances shall be : "BE IT ORDAINED by the Village Council of the Village of Palos Park... " The passage of an ordinance, with exceptions as noted in the statutes, requires the concurrence of a majority (i.e. three) of the members of Council. The "yeas" and "nays" of members shall be taken and recorded in the minutes. The official copy of the ordinance itself shall contain a list of the members voting and how each voted. Every ordinance, resolution or warrant passed or ordered by Council must be signed by the Mayor, or by two Commissioners, and all ordinances and resolutions shall be filed for record before they shall be in force. The Village Clerk shall keep a record of all ordinances passed in a book for such purpose.
