220.06 DUTIES OF PRESIDING OFFICER.

The Presiding Officer shall preserve order and decorum and may speak to points of order in reference to other Council members. In case of any disturbance or disorderly conduct, the Presiding Officer may require the Council Chamber to be cleared.
