216.01 BUDGET OFFICER FORMAT OF BUDGETING ADOPTED.

Beginning with the preparation and adoption of a budget for the Village's 2013-2014 fiscal year, and for all fiscal years thereafter, the Village hereby adopts the municipal budget officer procedures as set forth in 65 ILCS 5/8-2-9.1 through 65 ILCS 5/8-2-9.10, in lieu of the municipal appropriations procedures as set forth in 65 ILCS 5/8-2-9.
