214.05 ESTABLISHMENT OF CODE HEARING DEPARTMENT.

There is hereby established the Ordinance Enforcement Department, a sub-department of the Department of Public Health and Safety, which shall function as a Code hearing department pursuant to the system of administrative adjudication described in this chapter.
