It has been determined to be in the best interests of the Village to provide a method for fairly and efficiently enforcing the Village's ordinances, including the Building Code, as may be allowed by law through the administrative adjudication of such violations, and establishing fines and penalties and authority for collection of unpaid fines and penalties.
