208.02 COSTS DEFINED.
   Costs shall be those for which the Village receives an invoice, statement or receipt from a third party and shall include, but not be limited to: legally required public notice expenses; court reporter and transcript fees; legal document recordation expenses; professional consultation fees such as, but not limited to, Village engineering or attorney services; filing fees; and document preparation or reproduction expenses. The Village shall add an administrative processing fee, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the costs defined above, which shall be considered to be part of said costs.
