202.05 UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES.

No person shall change or amend, by additions or deletions, any part of these Codified Ordinances; insert or delete pages or portions thereof; or alter or tamper with these Codified Ordinances in any manner whatsoever which will cause the law of the Village to be misrepresented thereby.
