When the code officer issues a citation in lieu of complaint, the following fine schedule shall apply upon settlement:
(A) Within ten days of issuance of citation: $50.
(B) After ten days, final notice sent: $100.
(C) Upon notice to appear in court sent, if prepaid: $200.
