§ 156.02 LIGHTING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Mercury vapor and high intensity lighting is prohibited in residential areas. Any lighting used to illuminate exterior areas shall be directed in such a way as to not create a nuisance.
   (B)   Pole mounted exterior lighting shall be no higher than seven feet from grade.
   (C)   Wall-mounted exterior lighting shall be located no higher than 15 feet from grade and shall be shielded to prevent impact upon neighboring residences.
