§ 154.55 MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO CAUSE INSPECTION.

If the mayor of the city has reasonable cause to believe that any private residential swimming pool does not meet the sanitary and safety requirements of this chapter, he shall authorize the public health officer or the building commissioner of the city to inspect such swimming pool.
