§ 154.54 ABANDONED, UNUSED POOLS.

Abandoned pools or unused pools, situated on residential premises which are not occupied or dwelt in for periods of 30 days or more, shall be completely drained, or equipped with a swimming pool cover, approved by the building commissioner as being adequate to prevent accidental drowning.
