§ 154.37 CERTAIN METAL EQUIPMENT TO BE GROUNDED.
   All metal fences, enclosures, or railings near or adjacent to private residential swimming pools, which might become electrically alive as a result of contact with broken overhead conductors, shall be effectively grounded.
