Drain outlet fittings from pools regulated under this chapter shall be equipped with a trap and check valve, and the drainage shall not be delivered to a sanitary sewer. No subsurface drainage, footing drainage, or underdrainage system shall be discharged to any sanitary sewer, or in any way to cause overflow onto adjoining property.
