§ 154.14 HEIGHT OF POOL WALLS, ABUTTING WALKWAYS.
   The pool walls and abutting walkways shall not be more than one foot above the existing grade at any point on the perimeter. Pool walls and abutting walkways shall be not more than 12 inches above normal water level.
