§ 154.01 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.

Every private residential swimming pool constructed, installed, altered, maintained, removed, or demolished shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. Existing private residential swimming pools may be continued without change, provided that the requirements of this chapter are met.
