The final plat shall be accompanied by documents including the following:
(A) A letter to the city council, signed by the city engineer, indicating that the plat has been checked, that all working drawings and specifications for improvements have been prepared in conformance with city standards and requirements, and that the engineering fees have been paid.
(B) A letter to the city council, signed by the city attorney, stating that satisfactory provisions have been made for the guarantee of performance for the construction of the required improvements, and for payment of legal fees in the matter of the city attorney, engineering fees for the city engineer, and any other professional fees or costs that the city may incur as a result of the subdivision. On items where construction has already been completed, there shall be a statement by the city engineer that construction has been completed and inspected and found to be in accordance with city standards and requirements, and that a surety has been posted to provide for maintenance.
(C) Two copies of working drawings and specifications for improvements.
(D) Two copies of restrictions to be incorporated into the deeds or covenants to be recorded with the plat to be approved by the city attorney.
