§ 152.117 OTHER REGULATIONS PREVAIL.

None of the provisions of this chapter pertaining to permission, surety, fees, acceptance, and approval shall be construed as exempting subdividers, general contractors, or any other contractors or craftsmen from any other ordinance or regulation of the city, county, or state, with respect to licenses, fees, surety, inspection, or other control.
