§ 152.110 APPROVAL NOT ACCEPTANCE.

Approval by the inspector shall not be deemed acceptance of the improvement by the city. Acceptance shall be only by the action of city council, and acceptance shall be contingent upon a favorable inspection report signed by the city engineer.
