§ 152.106 QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS.
   The developer shall file with the city engineer a list of all contractors and subcontractors who are to participate in the construction of public improvements. The contractors and subcontractors shall be subject to the licensing provisions of the city ordinances and shall be subject to disqualification by reason of faulty performance upon past construction work.
