§ 152.104 TYPES OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   The plan commission shall have the power to require one or more of the following improvements depending upon the nature and scope of the subdivision. Particular attention shall be given to the means for disposition of storm water and to the desirability of curb and gutter or other provisions to prevent the breakdown of pavement edges. The design, layout, and carrying capacities of storm water, sanitary sewer, and water facilities shall recognize the future requirements of adjacent undeveloped areas.
   (A)   Street and alley grading and surfacing;
   (B)   Curb and gutter;
   (C)   Sidewalks;
   (D)   Crosswalks;
   (E)   Sanitary sewage facilities;
   (F)   Water mains and hydrants;
   (G)   Storm water drainage facilities;
   (H)   Street signs;
   (I)   Street lights;
   (J)   Driveways;
   (K)   Survey monuments;
   (L)   Topsoil where appropriate.
