§ 152.103 OTHER PERMISSION.

The subdivider shall also secure any permission of state and county officials required by law, and permission extended by the city council shall not relieve the subdivider of the responsibility to secure state and county approval. If permission is required, a copy of the written permission is to be filed with the building commissioner.
