§ 152.81 LOT DIMENSIONS.

(A) Lot dimensions and setback lines shall conform to the requirements of the zoning code, if applicable; otherwise to the requirements of the official plan.

(B) Lot dimensions may be altered through resubdivision within the scope of § 152.37(B) only.
