The minimum right-of-way widths for streets, alleys, and crosswalkways shall be:
(A) Major streets, including section line streets (except in cases where a greater or lesser width is shown on the major street plan) - 100 feet.
(B) Half-section line streets - 80 feet.
(C) Secondary streets - 66 feet.
(D) Minor street for other residences -60 feet.
(E) Cul-de-sac - 60 feet.
(F) Marginal access street (without intersecting streets) - 35 feet.
(G) Alley - 20 feet.
(H) Crosswalkway - 10 feet.
