(A) Whenever a subdivision is proposed to be located adjacent to unsubdivided lands, a half-street shall be platted and constructed within the proposed subdivision at its boundary with the unsubdivided lands.
(B) Whenever there is an existing half-street adjacent to a tract proposed to be subdivided, the other half of the street shall be platted within the tract proposed to be subdivided so as to form a full width street at the boundary of the two adjacent subdivisions.
