§ 152.50 ALLEYS.

Paved rear alleys not less than 20 feet wide will be required in all business and industrial districts of subdivisions, except where special conditions make alleys impracticable; in such cases, adequate off-street loading space, suitably surfaced, shall be provided. Dead-end alleys will not be approved for residential districts of subdivisions.
