§ 151.38 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions.
   (B)   Where this chapter and other chapters, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
   (C)   This chapter is intended to repeal the original ordinance or resolution that was adopted to meet the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, but is not intended to repeal the resolution that the city passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program.
   (D)   This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions.
   (E)   Where this chapter and other chapters, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
