This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-31.1-1 et seq.) in its current form and as they may be amended from time to time for adjudication of municipal ordinance violations, including building code violations, zoning code violations, and housing code violations, to the extent permitted by the Illinois constitution.
