§ 150.132 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER PROVISIONS.

This chapter shall prevail and shall take precedence over those sections of the city ordinance dealing with similar subject matter as well as any other ordinance governing the same subject matter and which may be in conflict herewith. Any known conflicts with other portions of the subchapter shall be brought to the attention of the city in a timely manner.
