(A) All landscaping work shall be completed with the period from April 30 to November 1. The owner shall provide adequate erosion control for any areas not completed within this time.
(B) All landscaping must show adequate growth one growing season following placement prior to approval of the landscaping. Bonds shall not be released until this approval is received in writing from the city.
(C) Erosion control measures shall remain in place until such time as approval of the landscaping is received.
