§ 150.129 GRADE APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO LANDSCAPING INSTALLATION.
   Before sod, trees, bushes or other types of landscaping are installed, the company performing the grading and/or landscaping work shall, contact the building department and make arrangements for review of the premises by the city engineer to confirm there are no obvious grading deviations from the previously approved grading plan. No landscaping shall be installed until such time as the city engineer has reviewed the site for obvious grading problems. A final acceptance of the site will not be given based on this site visit; a final grading plan must be submitted for review.
