(A) There shall be allowed only one tent per event unless a waiver or variance of this provision is approved by the mayor, chairman of license, permit or franchise committee, or building commissioner prior to the issuance of any permit.
(B) A permit shall be issued for each event unless otherwise approved by the mayor, chairman of license, permit or franchise committee, or building commissioner.
(C) Tents shall be allowed for a period of 180 days, weather permitting.
(D) Business shall be conducted within the tent during normal business hours of licensee.
(E) Live entertainment shall only be permitted by special use as allowed by current liquor license.
(F) All approvals for the tent shall be made by the Mayor or Building Commissioner or designee.
