(A) A permit shall be obtained for the erection of any tent to be utilized for commercial and/or retail purposes within the city in accordance with the provisions of this section.
(B) Application shall be submitted to the Building Commissioner on the form provided by the City. The application shall be accompanied by the applicable fee as set forth in § 150.114 and a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.
(C) The application, fee, and certificate of insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the erection of the tent.
