§ 150.93 BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO MAKE FINAL INSPECTION.
   The building commissioner is authorized and instructed, among his other duties, to make a final inspection of the dish construction at such time as the same is completed by the builder, to ascertain and determine the applicant's compliance with the detailed representation he has made in the body of his application. It shall be the building commissioner's duty to inform the applicant of any discrepancies contrary to the same. Should the applicant fail to comply after notice, the building commissioner shall report the discrepancies in writing and deposit the same with the city clerk for such further action as may be necessary.
