(A) There is hereby adopted by reference, as if fully set out herein, that certain code known as the “International Fuel Gas Code, 2009,” including appendix Chapters A through D inclusive, as prepared and published by the International Code Council, Inc., together with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes hereinafter set forth, one copy of which has been for a period of more than 30 days prior to the effective date hereof and now is on file in the office of the city clerk.
(B) The following additions, insertions, deletions and changes are hereby made to the above adopted International Fuel Gas Code:
SECTION 101.1 TITLE. Delete in its entirety.
SECTION 106.5.2 FEE SCHEDULE. Delete in its entirety and substitute the following new Section 106.5.2:
SECTION 106.5.2 FEE SCHEDULE. The fees for this work shall be as indicated elsewhere in this Title.
SECTION 108.4 VIOLATION PENALTIES. Delete in its entirety.
SECTION 108.5 WORK ORDERS. Delete in its entirety.
SECTION 620.1 GENERAL. Amend by adding the following wording:
“Unvented appliances shall be allowed only by special permission of the building official.”
